The Shore Resort
The Shore Resort is located riverside just 6 kilometres from Chaloklam and 4 kilometres from Thongsala and 4.5 kilometres from Sri Thanu. The setting is stunning - with the river winding it's way through the resort and the mountains providing a perfect frame for the landscape. A tranquil resort set in picturesque scenary.
Close at hand is the new water park where daytime pool parties are held every other day, the elephant training camp is just a few km down the road and there is the natural beauty of the Phang waterfall which is almost on the door step.
The resort offers a range of one and two bedroom houses for rent plus two luxury pool villas by the river and a selection of hotel rooms overlooking the swimming pool. The resort was completed in December 2014.
The houses and villas offer a large covered veranda allowing excellent living space. Internally there is a well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with flatsceen tv's and ensuite bathrooms.
The resort itself has a communal swimming pool and a large restaurant area for guests that wish to dine rather than cater for themselves.

Booking Conditions
All prices are INCLUSIVE of taxes and service charges.
Collection from Thongsala is free of charge. Return taxi to the Thongsala pier is 100 Baht per person.
The security deposit is 3,000 Baht per room. Lost keys are charged at 1,500 Baht per room.
Water supply is included and there is free WiFi and satellite TV - English channels - English news channels , documentaries, sports, cartoons, movies.
40 - 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking depending upon the season.
Policies
Cleaning is daily for daily rates. Cleaning is twice per week for monthly and weekly rates. Extra cleaning is 200 Baht per visit.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at full moon and 7 nights at New Year.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Cancellation notice required of 30 days notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 40% - 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2. and 3. Above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
4. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
5. Group Bookings of 2 or more rooms require a 60 day cancellation notice period.
