After we have received a booking enquiry by email or through one of the web forms, availability will be checked and we will respond within 24 hours. Our response is usually faster - within 4- 12 hours.

If the room is available and a customer wishes to confirm then they will be asked to secure the booking through a deposit payment.

The size of the deposit will vary from hotel and is usually from 40% - 100%. The amount for each hotel is specified on the prices page.

The prices page will also state the cancellation policy. If no cancellation policy is stated then the standard cancellation policy for Koh Phangan TV as detailed on this website will apply. The link for the cancellation policy is detailed at www.koh-phangan.tv/cancellationpolicy.html

Deposits are then requested to be paid with 48 hours of a deposit invoice being issued (24 hours if the check in period is within 14 days of the booking date).

The rooms will then be held for a 24 or 48 hour period. This period for holding is stated within each confirmation email.

Failure to pay the deposit means that the rooms cannot be held any longer in the customer’s name.

The balance of the room fee is to be paid directly to the hotel upon check in / arrival at the hotel.

For transfer requests each hotel has a "Getting Here" section on the website. Taxis can be requested by email 24 hours in advance to guarantee pick up. The email needed to request the hotel taxi is stated on the “Getting Here” page.

If the request is less than 24 hours before arrival then the customer will need to call the hotel directly from the number or follow instructions from the auto – reply email generated from sending a taxi request to the email address listed on each “Getting Here” page.

If customers have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email. Our cancellation policy will apply.

However Koh Phangan TV is never responsible for a confirmation issued by the hotel or their services.
